    Cancellation Policy

    We have a no refund cancellation policy; however, we do encourage students to contact their tutor and try to reschedule their session within 7 days of the cancelled session for no additional charge.

    Credit Card, Check or Cash is accepted

  • When are payments due?

    Payments are due upon reservation of sessions. For ongoing tutoring sessions, a recurring payment plan is discussed and arranged after the student completes his/her first tutoring session. Discounts are also offered for repeating weekly sessions of 60+ minutes or longer. The special offers click here.  

  • How do I make a payment?

    Private Tutor Atlanta sends out weekly invoices via text or email with a link to our payment processing center.
